The chapel is strictly a place for private/silent prayer in the presence of Jesus Christ, really and truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. The most Blessed Sacrament is exposed in a monstrance upon the altar of the chapel. The Eucharist, exposed for adoration, is the center, heart, and reason for the chapel. It is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

The chapel is located at 25 East Richmond Street. Please enter through the door to the left of the Parish office entrance.

Flames of Faith $10
In the Sacred Heart Chapel of Eucharistic Adoration, six candles burn on the altar.
Holy Trinity Parish is now using Mass Intentions Online as our Flame of Faith database and request system. This online module is easy to use and will allow you to request and pay for Flame of Faith candles on your own.
Please see the calendar below to see each week’s intentions. Note: Flames of Faith Intentions are entered on the calendar and bulletin on a running basis, in the order they are received.
The heart and center of the Sacred Heart Chapel of Eucharistic Adoration is the Altar of Repose. In the center is the tabor upon which the monstrance rests. The monstrance, made in Vienna, Austria, stands almost 28". The colorful cloisonne cross shape of the Monstrance, surrounding the Eucharist, bears the symbols of the Four Evangelists.
Standing on either side of the Blessed Sacrament are statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph. These statues were originally installed in the "second Holy Trinity Church," built in the summer of 1940 by Father Daniel J. Stokes. Until recently, they were in the care of parishioners. We are grateful that they took such good care of them, and that they donated the statues back to the Parish to be used in the Sacred Heart Chapel.
Sacred Heart of Jesus
To the right of the Altar of Repose is the shrine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus - the patron of the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel. The linden wood, hand-carved statue is from Italy. The gothic shrine has a prominent place in the chapel. The title of the "Sacred Heart" is a reminder of the great love Jesus has for each and every one of us... a love that knows no limits, a love that is a total gift of self, a love that brought Him to offer Himself in sacrifice upon the altar of the Cross.
To the left of the Altar of Repose is the shrine to Saint Monica, the mother of Saint Augustine. She is the patron saint of those who have fallen away from the devout and sincere practice of our Catholic Faith - and patron of those who pray for them. For over thirty years Monica prayed for the conversion of her husband and son, Augustine. Through perseverance in prayer, and constancy in love, her prayers were answered. She stands as a model and patron for all those who pray for family and friends who have turned away from the faith of the Church. The beautiful linden wood, hand-carved statue is from Italy.
To the left of the altar (on the north wall of the chapel) there is a wooden reliquary shrine, made to resemble the facade of Holy Trinity Church. Inside the ornate gold finished Gothic-style Reliquary, relics are on display through the glass. Relics are sacred objects, small fragments of the bones, or personal belongings of the saints. There are twelve relics contained in the Reliquary. They represent the twelve saints whose images are part of the decoration of the Chapel.
