One of Holy Trinity’s top priorities is to construct a Parish Center. Holy Trinity’s Parish Center, once built, will offer Holy Trinity the ability to come together as a community for a wide variety of celebrations, achievements, and other events. The Parish Center will be the social center of the parish and will expand our parish life to include many new program offerings.
The Parish Center Committee was formed to help this goal come to fruition. The mission of the Committee is to oversee the design, marketing, fundraising, approvals, and construction of the Parish Center for Holy Trinity. For more information, visit our Parish Center Committee page.

As announced at last weekend’s Masses, the Parish Center Committee is planning a ground-breaking ceremony for our long-awaited parish center for Saturday, June 17 at 11am. We would love for all parishioners to join us as we commemorate the historic day for our parish. Please stay tuned to parish communications for more details as they become available and please continue to pray for the success of the project.
The parish center will be built in multiple stages, with ground—breaking beginning the construction of the base building. This base building will finish the exterior and roof plus install utilities throughout the building (i.e. plumbing and sprinklers, electric, gas, etc.) within the walls. The large meeting space/gymnasium will also be built out. The parish and school will be able to occupy and use that space due to the Village of Westmont granting an extended permit of occupancy during construction for up to two years. The next phase of construction (which will necessary for full occupancy without a permit) will look to build the bathrooms, finish the second floor mezzanine, begin work on the kitchen (which will remain unfurnished during this phase) and install the elevator. The third and final stage will consist of completing the furnishings of the building.
The first phase of construction will be built with the cash and pledges we have in hand ($3.8M in cash and $300K in pledges in addition to a $750K loan from the Diocese of Joliet.) In total, this base building will cost between $4 to $4.5 million. The second phase will cost $800K to finish completely. In total, the cost to fully furnish the building will be approximately $6 million. This phased approach will allow for ongoing fundraising during construction in preparation for the second and third phases to be completed.
We thank everyone who continues to support the project financially and in prayer. With this exciting news of ground-breaking and new information about the cost of the project, we ask you to please consider making a pledge or contribution if you have not already done so. For more information on how to contribute, please contact our business manager—Guadalupe Centeno— at (630) 968-1366, ext. 128 or gcenteno@holytrinitywestmont.org.
